Repeat Prescriptions

prescriptionspurpleIf you have a repeat prescription, tick the medication you require and do one of the following:-

  • hand to the receptionist or post in box on counter
  • send to the surgery with sae
  • fax your request
  • follow the link on this page to the online form - you will need to carry out the simple, one-off registration
  • if we are closed, post slip through letterbox

Please allow 48 hrs before collecting

We do not take repeat scripts over the phone (the only exception is housebound patients)

Prescriptions

In the interest of safety prescriptions are not given without a Doctors appointment. If you are on repeat prescription you will be issued with a repeat medication slip and your doctor would like to see you at agreed intervals to review your medication.
