Please note it is with regret that we have to inform patients that as from June 9th 2014 Hopton Dispensary will be forced to close, this is due to a Pharmacy being opened in the Village.

We would like to thank patients for their support of this service over many years and also we would also like to thank Melanie and Claire (and other members of the team that have come and gone over the years) for their professional and friendly service within the Hopton dispensary .

Good news is that Melanie and Claire will be staying on at Hopton as part of the reception team

Gorleston Medical Centre & Hopton Surgery

Hopton Surgery is now open from 8.00 am through to 6.30 pm Monday to Thursday and from 8.00 am to 1.30 pm on Fridays. Hopton is also a dispensing practice which means that you can collect your medication from the same location.

Both Gorleston Medical Centre and Hopton Surgery have "open" lists which means that we are able to accept new patients.

Training for the Future

You may be aware that we are a teaching practice and, as such, you may be asked to see a medical student, GP Registrar or Junior doctor (F2) who will be, at all times, be under supervision from one of our GP Partners.  If you would rather not see a junior doctor, please do not hesitate to say so.  Thank you for your support.
